Actually a better and faster way would be to capture right from youtube as it plays with iShowU into Photo Jpeg codec .mov. That way it scratches nicely. This is a great method because it works for anything. DVDs etc. -VJanomolee web.me.com/vjanomolee :: REPLY :: UPDATE |

get footages from youtube to Final Cut Pro on Mac... Use online converter (there are several) to download from Youtube url to flash file on your desktop. Add .flv extension. Import to iSquint (free) convert to mp4 (I usually set it to TV-quality with h.264 and Go Nuts!). Import mp4 into MPEG Streamclip (free) convert to dv stream. Import dv file into Final Cut. I usually set up a project folder with subfolders like "flv" "mp4" and "dv". Delete as you go. You can also trim edit with MPEG Streamclip to streamline the editing later. :: REPLY :: UPDATE |
